Court rules in favor of Okaloosa County on all claims in Timberview Helicopter Order
Okaloosa County, Florida – The Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit has issued an order in favor of Okaloosa County on all claims related to a case filed by Timberview Helicopters, Inc. against the County.
Timberview Helicopters, Inc. filed suit in 2021 after the County terminated its contract. The Friday, July 26, 2024 order states that the County’s termination of the agreement did not breach the express terms of the agreement and that the County gave notice of the termination of the contract “far in excess of what was required by the agreement.”
A final judgement was issued by the Court in this matter on Monday, July 29, 2024.
